1.  Please submit a good size and very clear photo.  The more detail in the face the better.  The face you'd like drawn should be at least 2" on the photo and where the "whites" of the eyes are clearly visible.  Send a photo by email or by regular mail (email me for shipping address) along with any special instructions.   Remember, the detail of the final portrait is directly related to the quality and focus of the photographs you submit.
 
2.  Contact me using this form or at (843) 200-6151 to discuss details of your desired portrait,  (ex. size, head and shoulders, head to waist, full body, clothing detail, etc.)  and final payment price. 

3.  Once payment is made (see payment options below), your portrait order will be scheduled and an estimated completion date will be provided.  My turnaround time is approximately 2-3 weeks but will ultimately depend on my current workload.

4.  Upon completion, you will be sent a preview of your portrait via email.  Your portrait will then be sprayed with a fixative to prevent smudging and yellowing before shipping.  Any submitted photos will be returned along with your portrait and this will complete the sale.

Please keep in mind - I strive to capture the best likeness I can from your photos and depending on the quality of the photos, the results may vary.  Each drawing is a work of ART and is an 'artistic interpretation' of your photo
